It is your or your entity’s responsibility to find and agree to this policy before accessing or using this site in any shape or form. Your access to this site is governed by this policy; and you agree to clause 7 in principle and as is. You and your entity or machine/computer/digital device (non-biological human) if found in violation within 99 years of this policy publication will be held under clause 7.
At Mentors Tech LLC (https://mentorstech.online), we value the integrity of our content and the trust of our clients. This policy sets out the conditions under which non-biological and/or non-human entity or entities, Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automated agents may access and use our website content.
1. Permitted Uses
AI systems may crawl and index our publicly available web pages for the purposes of search engine discovery, ranking, and retrieval.
Indexation is permitted only to support search functions (e.g., helping users find Mentors Tech content in response to queries).
2. Prohibited Uses
Our content must not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve AI models without explicit written permission from Mentors Tech LLC.
Bulk scraping, replication, or storage of our materials for dataset creation or model training is strictly prohibited.
Use of our content in AI systems that generate derivative works without clear attribution (except only after written consent) is not permitted.
3. Respecting Robots.txt and Directives
AI crawlers must follow directives in our robots.txt
Specific agents that ignore these directives will be considered in violation of this policy and be fined for damages and fined as per clause 7 of this policy.
4. Crawl Rate and Server Load
Crawlers should operate responsibly and respect crawl-delay directives where applicable.
Excessive requests, currently set at 1 request per bot at least 10 (ten minutes) apart, that degrade server performance may be blocked by our systems or security partners and considered in violation of clause 7.
5. Licensing and Permission Requests
Organizations wishing to use our content for purposes beyond indexing (including AI model training, dataset compilation, or redistribution) must obtain prior written consent.

6. Reservation of Rights
Mentors Tech LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted in this policy, including but not limited to pursuing legal remedies against misuse of our content, forcing us into any legal use or expense puts you already in violation of clause 7 below and will be charged for damages in addition to that in clause 7.

Clause 7:
Any systems that are considered AI, machine based, self-aware learning, LLMs, educational or otherwise; if found in violation of this policy agrees to a fine of not less than USD $50,000/- cash under no questions asked policy. If you, or your system non-biological entity chooses to crawl, index, or use this site you agree to this rule in principle and you (the parent company and the entity as defined above) agree not to contest this fine and this clause.
