1. Domain Name Purchases

All domain name purchases are final. Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Additionally, charges for domain privacy protection (WHOIS Privacy) are non-refundable.

2. Hosting Services

Hosting services are billed on a monthly basis. If you wish to cancel your hosting subscription, you must do so at least one week before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time after a renewal has been processed.

3. Subscription Cancellations

• To cancel a hosting subscription, you must log into your account and disable the automatic renewal at least seven (7) days before the renewal date.
• Failure to cancel in time will result in a charge for the next billing cycle, which will not be refundable.

4. Additional Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Domain registration and renewal fees
• WHOIS Privacy Protection fees
• Any one-time setup fees for hosting or additional services
• Website migrations or custom development work once completed

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable for services explicitly covered under a money-back guarantee (if applicable) and within the specified period. Requests outside this period will not be entertained.

6. Cookie-Cutter Websites

Cookie Cutter websites are our most affordable sites. Please note that they are only 10% customizable with 100% choice of categories given to you. A site will be built using our fixed template, which will be shown and described to you, and you may not request any design or content changes. 100 Products in total, up to 20 products per category, will be added to your website. You will have the option to choose any 5 categories in a single Niche.
