Welcome to Mentors Tech, LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Mentors Tech, LLC provides domain registration, website hosting, and related digital services. By using our services, you acknowledge that these terms apply to all transactions and interactions with our company.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments for services must be made on time as per the agreed billing cycle.
- If a payment fails or is missed for two (2) consecutive months, all services related to the account will be halted.
- A reactivation fee of $50 will apply to restore services after account suspension.
- If payment is not received for three (3) consecutive months, all business and website data associated with the account will be permanently deleted, and Mentors Tech, LLC will not be responsible for data recovery.
- Services must be renewed at least 30 days before the end of the service period to avoid interruptions.
3. Cancellation & Termination
- Customers may cancel their services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through their account dashboard.
- If a customer cancels before the end of a billing cycle, services will continue until the end of the paid period, but no refunds will be issued.
- Mentors Tech, LLC reserves the right to terminate services if a customer violates any terms outlined in this agreement.
4. Data Protection & Privacy
- We collect and store customer names and addresses securely.
- We take all necessary precautions to protect customer data and maintain confidentiality.
- We do not sell or disclose customer data to any third parties.
- Customer data will be removed upon request or six (6) months after the customer stops doing business with us.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and their terms and policies apply to all transactions.
- Some customer details may be shared with Bluehost for the purchase of domain, privacy, and hosting packages.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
- Mentors Tech, LLC will not be liable for any loss of data, service disruptions, or financial losses resulting from payment failures, missed renewals, or customer negligence.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services but will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and security.
- Customers are responsible for backing up their own data and ensuring timely payments to avoid service interruptions.
6. Amendments to Terms
Mentors Tech, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers should check the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages from time to time.
